K & N Carter Breather Filters Engines need gasoline and no residue. Therefore vent filters are the better solution. Especially in racing and in combination with open K & N air filters. Carter breather filters have a metal pipe. One-piece design for competitive purposes. The connection pipe for the crankcase is welded to the metal bottom. An one-piece design with a rubber or chrome cap. Filters with a stud on the cover can be mounted in a different place, but hoses and clamps are required. The carter breather filters can be pressed into the rubber of the valve cover. Each base is chromed, the connecting pipes are made from zinc. Mounting: You can easily assemble the K & N carter breather filters and just as easily disassemble it. On YouTube you can find plenty of tutorials to help you.
